Survey
Thank you for your interest in the Guilford Genomic Medicine Initiative (GGMI) and our community survey. As you know, GGMI is a joint venture between The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), the Center for Human Genetics at Duke University and the Moses Cone Health System.
This project is funded by the Department of Defense. This study will help investigators understand how genomic medicine may meet the interests and needs of the community.
As part of this project, UNCG is creating educational materials for you, your doctor and the community. To do this we need to find out what people know about topics related to genomic medicine and what they would like to learn. We will collect this information using a survey that takes 15 minutes to complete. Your answers will be kept confidential.
To complete this survey, you must:
· be at least 18 years old
and
· not have answered these questions as part of our telephone survey or during a recent doctor’s appointment.
